Meta glasses voice commands

The AI features on the Meta glasses enable you to use the power of your voice to ask Meta to complete certain commands. The commands are completed using the built in Meta AI. Be aware, when out of your home and disconnected from WiFi this will use your mobile date. It is a good idea to set your phone a data limit, so you don not exceed your contracted limit and incur charges. There are a wide variety of commands that can be used.

Be My Eyes

Using your Meta glasses you can call a volunteer. To enable this you must first connect your Be My Eyes app to the Meta View app. Once this is done you can use the following spoken instructions to initiate a call:

• “Hey Meta, Be My Eyes”
• “Hey Meta, call Be My Eyes”
• “Hey Meta, call a volunteer with Be My Eyes”
• “Hey Meta, call a volunteer using Be My Eyes”
• “Hey Meta, open Be My Eyes and call a volunteer”

Once in contact with a volunteer they will be able to see what the Meta glasses are looking at. **Please note they can only see from the left side of the glasses and the view is limited to the field of view of that camera.**

During a call you can switch between your Meta glasses camera, microphone and speakers to your phone if needed. This is done by double tapping the Meta glasses touchpad. **Please note you can not zoom in with the Meta glasses, it this is required it is best to take a photo to enable zooming in on something.**
