Our Projects
Digital Vision - Bridging the Digital Divide After Sight Loss
2026 – Present
Our current project which aims to improve digital inclusion and wellbeing for people with sight loss across York and the surrounding areas. It will help people build confidence and skills to use technology independently, unlocking access to services, opportunities and connections, while working with local organisations to encourage more accessible digital practice.
Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and Two Ridings Community Foundation (Q Futures)
Community Connect
2023 – 2026
A partnership-focused project that improved access to community spaces and activities for people with sight loss in York, by strengthening relationships with local organisations. It reduced social isolation while increasing confidence, skills and sight loss awareness of community partners through co-production with people with lived experience.
