Step 2: Click on the drop-down arrow next to “current view”

The View tab open in Outlook. The Current View button has been clicked, opening a dropdown with five options: Show as Conversations, Conversation Settings (greyed out), Message Preview, View Settings, and Reset View.

Step 3: Click on the option “View settings”

The same Current View dropdown, with the cursor hovering over "View Settings…", which is highlighted.

Step 4: Click the box which states “Other Settings” next to the text which says “Font and other table view settings”

The "Advanced View Settings: Compact" dialog box. Seven buttons run down the left side: Columns, Group By, Sort, Filter, Other Settings, Conditional Formatting and Format Columns. "Other Settings" is selected, described as "Fonts and other Table View settings".

Step 5: From here you can identify the best font and size for you.
