Office Closure and AGM Notice

Our office will be closed on Wednesday 14th October, while we hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM). A reminder, our AGM is taking place 10am – 1pm at Patch York (Patch community venue, in the Bonding Warehouse, Terry Avenue, York, YO1 6FA).

10:00am – Refreshments available
10:30am – Welcome to AGM and roll call. Chair’s opening remarks
10:40am – Approval of the minutes of the AGM held on 22 October 2025
10:45am – Treasurer’s Report and reappointment of Azets as Independent Examiners
10:55am – Election of Executive Committee
11:00am – Vote on new Constitution
11:15am – Report on the year’s activities by the Chief Executive
11:30am – Meet the Trustees question and answer session
12:00pm – Light refreshments
1:00pm – Close
